Hello, I'm Sarah.I am a Resonant Woman, a devoted follower of Jesus, a grateful wife, and a proud mother of four energetic children. I find joy in staying active, rainy days, quiet moments with a hot cup of coffee, and above all, listening to women's journeys.I am deeply acquainted with life's twists and turns, the responsibilities of leadership across multiple spheres, and the winding path of major life transitions. With a Master of Social Work (MSW) and over a decade of professional training and lived experience, I have spent my career walking alongside individuals and families through their most challenging chapters. As a licensed professional and a leader within the church, I have witnessed radical growth, healing, and transformation firsthand.Today, as a Lifestyle Leadership and Strengths Champion Certified Coach®, I provide an elevated, confidential, and dedicated space for the Resonant Woman: a multi-faceted female leader whose intentional lifestyle creates a deep, lasting legacy across her home, workplace, community, and the next generation.Journeying Together,

The Story

The Dream:I stood in the woods, bright sunlight illuminating a wooden planked path before me. It traveled straight ahead, then curved sharply around the trees. Its destination was completely hidden from sight.Right at the bend into the unknown stood Jesus, beckoning me:“Come...”I froze.My entire life was in a massive transition, and my heart was filled with fear of the unknown. Yet, I felt an underlying, undeniable peace.I didn’t need to see around the bend; I only needed to take the next, single step.
